Today my partner, who lives close to Woodford Halse and is a member of the Woodford Halse Photography Club, invited me to join. The club is effectively Facebook based and has about 300 members. Its "about" statement describes it as "A friendly club open to all ages and abilities, beginners and pros. The club is for sharing photos and knowledge in all aspects. Have fun." as well as being a forum for photos there is a weekly competition with a set theme with the "winner" being the image with the most "likes" which becomes the club's group header for the following week.
I'm not sure if it's open to residents of Banbury but I've not been kicked out yet!
