Following on from my post on the 11th January, when my Panasonic Lumix camera had suffered what seemed like a terminal failure, it duly arrived back from the repairers, DK Audio Visual Services, on Friday 22nd January. It worked for about 30 minutes and then there was a grinding noise as the lens moved and the "System Error (Zoom)" message reappeared. After contacting John Lewis, then Panasonic and finally DKAVS a postage paid packet was despatched to me and I trekked down to the Post Office to return it for a second repair. It came back on 1st February and, so far, so good!
