This was not really a photographic trip but I did take my camera and a couple of lenses with me so I've created a new Caribbean Gallery and an abridged summary of the trip.
23rd November 2024 and we fly from Birmingham to Barbados to board the Marella Voyager cruise ship. We visit Tortola, St. Maarten, St. Kitts, Antigua and Dominica before returning to Barbados where we stayed for a week.
The logistics all ran smoothly. We went ashore on all of the islands and on organised excursions on Tortola, Antigua and Dominica. Whilst on Barbados we hired a taxi for a guided tour of the north of the island and also visited the morning beach-based horse training session.
Cruising was a fantastic experience which I hope to repeat but next time without the weight gain!
