On 6th February I took an image which I ended up giving the title A Misty Morning In Spiceball Park. As I often do I posted the image on Facebook but, unusually for me, I posted a mono version.
Jonathan Evans, a colleague from my days at Schueco UK in Milton Keynes, commented that he loved the image. Spurred on by this positive assessment I entered the image into the mono section of The Banbury Camera Club Annual PDI (Projected Digital Image) competition where it was duly placed first!
I would be the first to admit that, despite this success, it wasn't in the same class as the winner of the colour section and the overall winner of the competition which was a majestic image of a pelican which I'm sure will appear on the Banbury Camera Club website @ www.banburycameraclub.org.uk
