LOCKDOWN WALKS
24/04/2020
At the beginning of the coronavirus lockdown I stayed inside. After the first week I took to "pounding" the streets of Banbury in a circular route of about 4 miles. Unfortunately the housing estates of Banbury do not offer a wealth of photographic opportunities. I have therefore changed my route to at least on occasion take in the Grimsbury Reservoir and the attached Grimsbury Woodland Nature Reserve. This area is partly bordered by the River Cherwell and the Oxford Canal. As part of my walks I started taking pictures on my iPhone 8 and posting some of them on Facebook. Some of them were edited, or even modified, using the free Snapseed app. The next logical step was to add some of these to the website so I've included them in the most appropriate gallery depending on location.
